We are super excited for this event... get ready to taste like a pro!  Ever wanted to learn a systematic process for tasting wine and how to best describe certain aromas and flavors?  Certified Sommelier duo April Amys & Dave Jarvis are stoked to lead up this special event where we'll learn sommeliers secrets for deductive tasting and how to identify key markers that describe just exactly what it is that we smell and taste in different classic wines.  We'll "blind" taste 6 classic wines, learn the best adjective - descriptors, have a few laughs and a jolly good time.
